I'm getting beat up this week. Not physically – but emotionally and spiritually, in a good way. You see, I'm taking a 4-day seminar called Plumbline which deals "with issues of rejections and rebellion; those hurts and wounds that hold us back from being all that God would have us be." Basically, God [...] Knee Report I had a checkup with the physical therapist Tuesday to see how my knee was going. Over all, it's improving very steadily. The therapist gave me some different exercises to do for the next few months. After that, I'm hoping to get with a trainer to set up a long term routine [...] It has been a while since I commented on the recent election. As many of you know, I originally supported Ron Paul for his views on limited government and the Constitution of the United States of America.
